Goods arrange shipping based on customers request . There have 3 ways as below :
1) Sea freight :Cheap but slower way. Transportation time about 35~45 days. normally for bulk orders .
2) Air freight ：Expensive but fast way. Transportation time about 10~15 days.
3) By Express : DHL /TNT/ FEDEX/EMS .Normally for samples delivery.

1) Q: Are you a factory or trading company ?
A: We are manufacturer in Shantou city from China ,which a factory specialized in plastic houseware & kitchenware products since 1999 years.

2) Q: What is your MOQ ?
A : Factory customize MOQ 3000 pcs per color / item.
Also can be accept lower quantity as trail order. Please feel free to contact and let us know your request.
We would like to check and try our best to support .

3) Q: Can we combine many items assorted in one container in first order ?
A:  Yes . But the quantity for each order item should be reach factory MOQ.

4) Q: Can we make printing on the products ?
A: Yes ,sure. All products support to customize with printing.  Printing ways : silkscreen printing and heat transfer printing.

5) Q: What is normal lead time?
A: For stock products. Goods can be send about 7~10 days after receive the payment.
For normal order . Delivery time about 30~35 days when confirm all the detail and receive deposit.

6) Q: What is delivery time of samples?
A :  For existing samples : can be arrange send out within 3 days when confirm.
For customize samples : can be arrange send out within 7 days when receive payment.
By the way . The freight of sample shipment is on buyer's account.

7) Q: What is the payment way /term ?
A :  Normal payment way : T/T , trade assurance order on Alibaba , L/C , Paypal are accepted.
Payment term :30% deposit and 70% balance before delivery.

8) Q: What is the shipping way ?
A :  Will help to choose the best shipping way according to customers detail requirements.
By sea , by air , or by express.

9) Q: Your product can be pass food safety tests ?
A :  Yes. Our product has passed some tested already, such as FDA , LFGB , SGS.
Also can be assist to do any test based on customers request if need.

10) Q : How do you control the quantity ?
A: Factory will be make pre-samples for check first before mass production ,so that will be arrange processing mass production after pre-samples approvde.
In addition . Doing 100% inspection during production , and do random inspection before packing ,take the pictures after packing.

11) Q:  If any quality problems .How do you settle it for us?
A:  Factory will be check the reason and provide the soluation or corresponding  comperstae according to the exactly quality problems.
If any breakage or defect production were found . Please help to take the pictures from original cartons and collect more information to us. So that factory can be future check it .
